The thing about it is, that it truly does appeart o be really good at preventing the HPV viruses and the resulting cancer. But is it safe enough to make it worth it? I dunno. If you have this shot and don't get any of the side effects then you're protected against Most cervical cancer. That's good. But you could suffer horrible side effects and are still able to get many other types of cancers. Its one of those "How much is your health worth and are you willing to take chances with it" type questions.
