Just got off the phone with NJSPCA. It was a very nice lady I spoke with and she said they would send someone out to investigate. I feel much better.
Although I have to wonder what the minimum requirement is for puppy care in a pet store. I have a disgusting feeling that the second disgusting puppy store may have met those requirements. I can't imagine that all these stores exist... and all appear to be unclean and filled with mill pups... and aren't meeting the minimum requirements.
