As disgusting as what you saw was maybe it was a good thing for the animals since you are trying to report it. I'm not sure how to either but I would try contacting your local Humane Society, PETA, ASPCA, etc. They may be able to point you in the right direction.
Good luck finding your puppy. I would't pay the thousands breeders want for the "teacup" size I really wanted but I finally found my Chloe Primrose. She's not the "teacup" size but is small and I couldn't love her more. Keep looking and you'll find your perfect pup. I did! |
