I'm definitely saving extra in these up coming weeks. And I don't mind traveling. I wouldn't want my baby shipped because of "bait and switch" and I'd also like to meet him and his parents before deciding.
I think I may have gotten off topic in my original post because of my horrible day. I think seeing a beautiful Yorkie, at a decent price, from a private breeder and then not being given any information really crushed me. I'm not buying until April anyway. I have a cruise planned in March, and it's not fair to get a baby and go on vacation without him.
But the point of my original post was more on reporting these so called puppy stores. Is that plausible? Where to start? Are pet stores liable for mill pups? I just don't know where to go, and I don't want my complaint lost in the shuffle or not looked into. Are there laws for pet stores and how they treat their animals? |
