Poor little Peanut

My two boys pups, bailey and charlie, go at it sometimes and the two of them sound like a pack of wolves

Little Charlie, the smallest, likes to pick on Bailey who is only a little bit bigger but is much more shy and timid than Charlie. I think it's good to let them work out thier issues and I do most of the time, but when it continues for more than a few minutes, and it looks or sounds like there is pain involved, sometime Charlie is relentless, I'll break them up and distract them both with a toy or something, then usually they forget they are fighting and continue to just play. Is Peanut yelping like his little brother is hurting him? Even when they play and are having fun it looks rough to me, but I've learned when one of them is stressed, usually Bailey, and separate them if only for a few minutes. They aren't haveing to be broken up now near as much as they used to be. Charlie is the fiestiest but he is a little whiney cry baby when he wants attention
