are pack animals and generally they need to work out their issues - BUT if Peanut is being hurt and you feel that he is not safe or is unnecessarily traumatized, then I would move him. Think like his d-mom - what would she do - would she let one of her pups injure another one? I don't know for sure, but I would think at some point, she would intervene.
