I used Slim Fast five years ago to lose weight and then maintain that weight for my wedding. It really worked! I actually look at my pictures now and think maybe I lost a little too much weight.
I would usually do a shake in the morning and at lunch. I would eat snacks like fruit, veggies, pita bread and peanut butter. Then for dinner I ate a lot of salmon...a lot. I counted calories, excercised and drank lots of water.
I didn't mind the taste, although it eventually go a tad boring. Plus, they have a great website.
