WOw that is alot of milk every 4 hours.
I would have the pup examined by your vet.
Pedialite should not be mixed with formuls if it is to be given it should be given as is.

If he is taken and seen by the vet ask him what he would give for a dosage of pedialte.
We had to use it a few times but mine was much smaller than your 13 ozers and I gave 1- 1 1/2 cc pedialte then a feeding of formula a hour later.
I just hand raised a small premature puppy from birth she is now 10 weeks and doing great it is alot of work but well worth it all
