just read this article about it on wikipedia. This is the line that scared me the most.

I feel as though if 20 people die soon after the shot its not really a coincidence.

If you've gotten the shot please don't feel like I, or I'm sure any one else talking here, are trying to bring you down or question your choice. It does have a very good track record of preventing the disease. Its the side effects and results that make it so sketchy in my opinion.
As for making it mandatory I don't think it will ever get that far especially since its been on the market for less than a year (?) now and there are such major problems with it.
