Hi Desiree,
i wish i had some advise to give you, can you call a vet? It is a wonderful thing you have done for these puppies and they owe their lives to you im sure. Too bad you couldnt have found a momma that would have adopted them. But you did the next best thing. I hope someone comes along to give you some great advise!
