Are you already giving Omegas? For skin issues, I don't like flax oil bc of some dogs' inability to convert it. I like a fish oil - and then also you really want a fatty acid called GLA on board too. The one I like is Ark Naturals Royal Coat - you can get it online or at Whole Foods and other health stores.
