 Any Slim Fast users?
I am wanting to lose some weight before my wedding in November and I'm thinking about trying Slim Fast. It really seems like it might work for me since I'm out of the house most of the day..either in class or at work. I think it would be handy to throw a meal bar in my bag and eat it on the go. Does any one have any experience with Slim Fast? |
