they should be able to travel free because the airlines see them as a carryon!
so i was told (by korean air) that if i am travelling with a dog in a carrier, i am only allowed a purse (tote bag size) as my carryon or additional charges will be placed

don't even get me started about airlines! i have caribbean airline telling me that they will refund the date change fee after i provide them with a medical documentation to why i couldnt travel on the original date, and now they're telling me they won't! UGGGH
