Is making like a loud sucking sound, and I can see his throat area pulsing hard as he is making this sound. I put my ear to his lungs, but I hear the sound louder closer to his throat and face. He is doing it even in my hand, when he is not latched on. Your vet most likely will check out your pups prior to their tails being docked and dew claws removed. Bring it to the vet's attention.
