She is having some issues with my male dog. When ever she is mad at something (anything - including one of the kids) she goes to fight with my male......guess she has some male issues???
Anyway, I have never dealt with such aggression - I assume that she is just trying to adjust from having one owner who worked a lot to a family of 7 along with two dogs and a cat. Anyone have some training thoughts? I am lucky enough that my male doesnt attack back! |
If you are having aggression issues, keep her leash on her so that you can control what she is doing. Let it drag behind her so she can walk around with it inside the house. She probably needs to ajust to her new homelife and family. If I could give one suggestion that would be to praise the good and downplay the bad. Lot of treat and praise. Let us know how it is going and I'm sure you will get plenty of advice.
