I think if one of mine had eaten one of them, I would be more concerned with what ingredients are in the pad than with them passing it. I'm sure the emergency vet you called would have known if there was any danger in that.

Good luck and keep us updated as to how Izzie is doing! I hope she passes it okay! I'll say a prayer!
