I bought my mother-in-law a female Chocolate Lab from
www.puppyfind.com But I did have a friend who lived close to the breeder check her and her pups out. So it wasn't totally over the internet. Granted, I personally never met the breeder but at least my good friend was able to do some investigating work for me.
