Just another reason why you should go visit the home of the Breeder. I wouldn't buy a furbaby on the net. I would want to go see, play & hold my baby. Anyone can post a picture on the net. I'm sure it works for some people. But how do you really know they sent the puppy you picked? I have seen lots of pictures of furbabies, alot of them look the same. This one if she even had any puppies, must be a back yard breeder. Sad!

(Chula Vista, CA) -- Elizabeth Rivera Davis is scheduled for sentencing today in San Diego County's South Bay Courthouse in Chula Vista. Davis admitted she collected money for puppies that she never delivered. Davis changed her plea to guilty after initially pleading not guilty to grand theft charges. Prosecutors say she stole thousands of dollars from at least 17 victims who thought they were buying puppies through the Internet. Pictures of what were described as purebred puppies were posted on Davis' website and buyers were directed to send 800-dollars to a pickup office in Chula Vista. None of the purported puppies was delivered to customers in the U.S. and Canada. When the disappointed would-be puppy owners didn't get their pets, they weren't able to contact Davis for a refund. Chula Vista police tracked Davis to a residence in Imperial Beach and arrested her in July on multiple charges of grand theft. She is scheduled for sentencing at 2:00 this afternoon in Chula Vista.<
