That's exactly how Lacy acted when I first brought Cruz home. They get so used to being the only baby in the house, then when another comes they get upset. Lacy wouldn't have anything to do with me for about a week. About 3 days into it I told myself that if Lacy didn't start to warm up to Cruz or start acting normal with me then I would give Cruz back to the breeder. But she finally ended up coming around a little over a week after Cruz had been home!! They're the best of friends now!! Just give it some time!! I'm sure your baby will get used to it!!! |
