It's really funny you asked this question. A week or two I started a thread about dog foods, etc. Well, most people will tell you vets don't know much about dog foods, well, I did find out yesterday, my vet(and yeah, she does sell some purina foods) is very good with allergies and testing. She said that some dogs aren't as allergic to foods with corn as they are certain meats in the "expensive foods". I'm going to do some more talking to her on these expensive versus purina foods when we have time to talk and see what else she has to say. I'm also going to talk to her about the grains, proteins, etc.

Just because she is good with allergies and testing does not mean she knows anything about nutrition. This is starting to get ridiculous.
