Just an update: at 1 yr pepper is now 13 lbs!!!!
At christmas we were at my mother-in-law's her husband has a son that has a weenie dog (can't spell the breed) and a Rottweiler. I was a little nervous about the first meeting, well guess what happened. The Rottie went to sniff pepper and pepper just started barking at her. The Rottie tried to stay away from her the rest of the day. At one point i found the dogs in a bedroom, the Rottie was in the corner trying to hide behind her mom. She was pinned in a corner between the wall and the bed with pepper at the end of the bed just barking away. The funny thing is my mil has a havenese named molly that is the same size as pepper and the rottie usually does to molly what pepper did to her. It was so funny
I used to say that pepper had a stray rottie gene somewhere, guess i was right!
