They probably want to have the puppies be sold and not have the responsibility any more
But if you think the pups are healthy and you are ready to take on that responsibility tell them that you want one
pick him or her out
and leave them with a deposit
I wouldn't take a pup at least before 8 weeks
otherwise you're making a hard job harder
