Never made a one-sided blanket, I would fear it wouldn't hold up as well as the double-sided... I would love to see pictures though! Are you sure it's flannel or is it fleece? I hope it's fleece, flannel won't hold up like fleece does. Fleece doesn't fray and flannel does, flannel is pretty much the same as cotton fabric when you cut it. Let us know how it goes!!!!
