I've heard the flopping is associated with teething too. Hercules is 6 1/2 months and his ears are up, but his ears went up and down a few times. When we got him at 10 weeks, one was up and one was down. Then both went up. Then both down (like in my avatar picture). And finally both stayed up. I think it's cute when they are up, so take some pics. I'm sure they'll come up.
