It is up to you, but I would recommend that you tell the rescue about what happened. Not to get the foster woman "in trouble" per se, but maybe someone needs to work with her to improve her screening / interpersonal skills. You might not have been the only person who has had this experience.

You could always write a letter if you don't want to work with them in person.
