Chloe is 13 weeks old, and she is left alone for a good 6 to 8 hours, with access to kitchen, living room, my room and bathroom, where I had potty training pads, that got used maybe once a week, other than that she chews on them and u got pieces of pads all around the house. Are you saying she has access to all 5 rooms alone for 6-8 hrs? That's WAY to much area for a 13 week old pup. Start with a much smaller area at first, (crate or x-pen) and only increase as you are sure she is aware of where the pad is and is using it exclusively in that area. Otherwise, you are going to be getting pee everywhere, and she will be so confused, you'll have a very hard time housetraining.
