Innova EVO has pretty much the same analysis as Instinct, so I'd be comfortable feeding that as well. Both of those are 42% protein - and I actually like that %.
The TOTW is lower - in the 30s - so if you want something more midrange, perhaps go w/ that one?

I had my pup on TOTW and he gained 2.5 pounds in 6 weeks.

I honestly believe he gained too much weight to fast. I have read on here that puppies can never be to fat and that maybe the truth however Tucker is too big for his small frame. He filled out quicker then he grew up. I put him on a lower protein food. My 2 bigger dogs did ok on TOTW, thier coats have never looked so good, but my little poodle also gained some weight and she has been the same size since she was 5 months old.

Not all dogs do well on higher protien foods. You may have to try a variety of foods to find the one that works best. Good luck!!
