Hmm, perhaps she is sleeping too much during the day? Just like babies I think yorkies get their night, day mixed up. I used to play a good game of fetch with Jazzie in the evening, gave her a kong to keep her awake and active, those were a few things that helped me. It sounds like you are doing all the right things. Keep at it, it will get better with consistency. Lots of luck.
