I just saw that he is four months old and five lbs. Since he's bigger, the risk of hypo isn't quite as high, but it is still there.

Do you free feed or feed on a schedule?

What have you tried doing to get him to eat?

Did you offer him some of the turkey roll you got at Petco? This would be a much healthier option for him than beggin strips and milkbones.

If he truly is weak and hasn't eaten all day, I would give him a bit of nutrical to keep his sugar up. If you don't have that, karo syrup or honey will work as well. Just don't feed too much as it can supress the appetite.
