I would definitely take her to the vet. Our little girl got noticeably huge, and she only had two pups each litter. BUT, each time, the pups were to big for Sicily to deliver, and she required a c-section. (we didn't know with the first litter, and lost one of the puppies.)

Also, this last time, the vet told me that once you can express milk, labor should start within 24-36 hours. Definitelytake her in to make sure that both she and her pup (if there is any) make it through healthy!
