I got a ticket once with no pricing on the front..on the back had a listing for the various violations and their cost then it goes on to add the administrative fees if you were pleading guilty. So check the back good.

They can ticket you for the thing that covers the plate with the plastic reflective piece and they can also ticket you for a plate holder that covers the state your from. Mom's did neither. She went to court and the judge ruled in her favor.

There is no pricing so they can figure out how much of a budget shortfall they need to make up and give you a price at that point ;0)
