It could be the detangler. My vet says that anytime a dog shows skin issues, if you are bathing once a week - you should decrease it to once every other week (or wait even longer if possible). I'm now bathing them about once every 2-3 weeks and they're fine.
Does she actually itch? Or is her skin just flaking?
