My Suzi follows me everywhere too.... Yorkies do get very attatched to their owners like this. Since he has not shown any separation anxiety when you leave , i would not worry about it. Remember that he will pick up on your anxiety too. About the peeing, to m e, it looks like he is marking his territory. New place , telling you he lives here now. Has he been fixed? I have heard that if you can catch him peeing, pick him up and place him of the pee pads right away. Use positive reinforcement always.
