He's a bit scared and confused about some of the new changes
Dogs don't like changes too much
A move new people or an absence of someone they are used to can send them into a frightened state
I am not surprised that he is shadowing you ... and I am not surprised that he's making potty mistakes
These are symptoms of a dog that has been traumatized to a certain extent
and that isn't to scare you
He will come around
Just keep him around other people and other dogs as much as you can
Keep his mind stimulated and playful
