Same with Lola. I just use a very warm wash cloth. She didn't like it much at first but doesn't put up a fight anymore. I GENTLY hold the under side of her chin for control. Then massage her neck at the same time with my fingers. I think she has learned her eyes feel a lot better after! And course, she always gets a treat after!
