Poor baby! First, you really need to have him checked for a UTI. Sometimes those cause them to have bladder issues. Once that is ruled out, my best bet is that the move threw him. I know you can't just let him pee anywhere until he adjusts, but don't give up. I would confine him to "safer" areas for awhile to remind him, or keep him very close to me so I could watch him and take him at the first sign of an issue.

You also might put more pads out? IDK...I hope something I said will be helpful. Good luck.
