I have the same problem with my lil boy. We are in MI and it's 30 below today and this started about a week ago. Snick would go outside and shiver and not move, the snow/wind burns thier paws I think. Anyway, IF you have a garage, it will save you. I put down newspaper and pee pads on one corner and Snick will pee and poop in the garage. He always hits the paper or pad when pee'ing but poops along the wall . After a few days he even started walking to the garage door instead of his normal potty door. We started this in the fall when it would rain hard and it helped so much b/c he refuses to go in the rain. I just HOPE you have a garage??? And I can't wait till next week when it will be 30 ABOVE zero!!
