Silly me! I thought our 22* this a.m. was 'cold'.
There is a spray that you can buy to put on the pee pads to help entice them to use them. I've never tried it so I can't say if it works or not, but it may be worth a try. Also maybe take a pad out and try to 'catch' a little of her pee to help the scent be there. Good Luck.
