Good Morning !!
I believe that she will use the pad.We brought Beatrice home when she was almost 9 months old,and she wasn't pad or paper trained. We started telling her to go pee pee everytime we would take her out, especially when we knew that she had to go.I think eventually she figured it out that when we asked her to go pee she would, because of the praise and the treat she would get.Eventually we would put her on the pad and ask her to go pee,and when she'd do it she'd get the same praise.
I think if you just put her on the pad when you know that it's time for her to go and don't let her off the pad until she pees, but keep asking her to go pee pee. When she does, praise her.If you are consistant and don't give up,she will learn to do it.
It's extremely cold here too now and it sure is nice that we don't have to go out to go potty.Beatrice is way to small, she would freeze.
Good luck..............and don't give up !!
