Most Yorkie's ears will pop up eventually. A lot of people tape the ears to train them to stand up. Then you can also trim the top of the ear's hair and that takes the weight off and helps them to stand.
My Tia has floppy ears still (at 4 months old). I tried taping them but she had none of that. I'm trying to work up the courage to trim her ears, but I'm nervous since she's so squirmy, so for now they are still floppy
