I also give them fresh carrots and apples, and dried fruits for snacks as well as making their own crunchy cookies. So many, many wonderful ways to keep them happy and healthy. Dog food does not! Neither does commercial pet snack. Nasty.
I just cooked collards and didn't think to give them to Tricksie. Will see if she likes them, What did you season yours with? I use salt bacon so don't think that would be good for her.
