wel putting Gunther on the leash and leaving him out there for a little while then going back when he barks has really worked.. though i ONLY give him a treat when he goes potty outside and when he comes in he goes straight back in his crate.. i feel horrible doing it but it is teaching him to bark to go potty.. though we have went twice outside today and he has went though it is still early in the mornign so we will see... and yeah i can't do the potty pads he started ripping them up!! well good luck with your furbaby!!
