My Spicy is 13 lbs. We wanted one a bit larger because our youngest child was 2 when we got Spicy. He's been the perfect size. We are now thinking of getting another one and this time I would like a smaller little girl. Not a tiny...but around 6 lbs is what I'm hoping for. We'll use the same breeder but from what I've read it is VERY had to tell how big they will actually grow to be.
Spicy's ears never stood up either, I'm assuming most teapots have floppy ears. But bless his heart, he doesn't know he is a teapot with floppy ears! We tell him he's gorgeous--and he is!
