I love teapots!!!! I SOOOOO want one someday! I love my little boys too but the teapots are SOOOO SNUGGLY!!!!
My vet gives it prior to the vaccine. If you have to give it yourself, you would use children's benadryl, at the dosage your vet recommends. I have it written down but I *think* it's one mg per pound. Don't quote me on that. But your vet shouldn't have a problem doing it before the shot.
