I have never seen a reaction to the rabies vaccine, however, with these smaller breeds they dont want to over vaccinate. there was another post on here and some states dont require the rabies-which i found odd, but i guess to each its own. Usually if you are boarding your dog they need to be up to date with rabies and bordetella vaccine. Good Luck!
