I see you are in Manitoba. If your winters are like mine (-30* some nights), it won't matter what time you get a yorkie.

Lola is 1.5 years old and she HATES to go out in the cold and snow. She was never paper trained and won't use a pee pad. I wish she would. It's always such a struggle to get her out to do her business. At those temps a coat/sweater just isn't enough.

If you plan to pee pad train I say get your pup now! You won't regret it!!
