 Update
They did not want to get another puppy.... they felt like they could never replace Carter... they felt like everytime they would look at the new one they would think of him..... but the breeder called them last night and offered them his brother - she just felt so badly for them and knew what a wonderful home they would provide. They adopted his brother and named him Joey and they are in LOVE !!! This is occupying their thoughts/time/attention....
Grandpa is still not feeling good about what happened.... we keep talking to him and reassuring him! |
