Well, if it makes ya feel any better, I don't eat meat (haven't for ~16 years) - but I totally support
your choice to eat meat. My hubby eats meat, and I'll cook it for him and I don't feel weird about it - his eating choices are his.
I agree with you - I don't want to get bashed for *not* eating meat (and believe me, people like me get it
all the time) - just like I don't want to be bashed for being a member of PETA.
I can never understand why some folks think that bashing, being confrontational, or downright nasty about choices is a means to an end. It isn't. It's just completely polarizing.
