The meds are almost gone and she till is not doing better... Yes, I would be worried too. This is A young puppy. If she is not showing any other signs of illness , I am wondering if it is kennel cough. Or the meds just were not the right kind to have worked.
Definately take her back ! I would not want her to get any sicker . Something is going on , and that needs to be addressed .
