Well we have since been trying to get in contact with the company and it seems as if they are ignoring us. We were in contact with an HR person and she would call at the worst times (during work hours after we told her we can not get personal calls at work etc.) We even left her a message with an email address and she refused to email us. Then right before the holidays we stopped receiving calls from her and no contact has been made. I was SO frustrated today that I sent out a "comment" on their site since this seems to be the only way to make contact with anyone.
We will see what response we get.
